Ashtanga Adapted Primary Series
Adapted Ashtanga Primary Series – Taught by our fabulous Yoga Megs the way that she practice’s it, allowing for moderations where needed (and skipping some of the slightly more complex postures)
This 90 minute practice will give you a full Ashtanga Journey leaving your body feeling open, flexible and strong! Using breath to movement and working through a slightly adapted version on the traditional Ashtanga sequence this practice may be a little challenging for complete beginners due to its pace but is suitable for almost all levels after that.
