We are loving the NE, NE series so far and in this video Danielle takes it up a level bringing the high intensity!

The NE,NE concept is designed so that you can maximise your training schedule at home. We want you to feel amazing and see the results. 2020 taught us that we have to adapt in order to stay physically and mentally fit and now the heat is on, normal life is around the corner and we need our training game to be strong as we phase back into reality.
