Introduction

 ‘Morning Flow or Morning Stretch’ – 30 Minute energising yoga designed to wake the body up, draw deep from the breath to bring in all that fresh energy and really set us up for the day. Suitable for all levels as variations included, take it at your own pace as you let your body slowly wake up for the new day. (Recommended – Try practicing this 3 times a week when you get straight out of bed, get up 30 minutes earlier if you need to and even do it in your PJs, we promise you won’t regret it!)
