Stretching exercises like the splits have even been proven to help with major health issues like Parkinson’s and cardiovascular disease by encouraging muscle strength, motor control, and better circulation. It’s not about becoming hypermobile but being both strong and flexible in equal balance.

The Splits are also one of the postures I’m asked about frequently. People always assume that I’ve been able to do the splits since I was young, but this is not the case. I only finally achieved my splits in my 30’s so actually not that long ago! The energy that the splits and splits prep release into our body is the Shakti energy at its highest.

I created this E Book to help people understand the splits from point A all the way to point B. You cannot achieve the splits overnight, it’s a wonderful commitment to yourself and your practice!
