Reality is shaped by our expectations, beliefs and thoughts and a big chunk of these beliefs and expectations are encoded into habits we integrate into our daily lives.
Yes, some of these habits are formed unconsciously and can be counterproductive or limiting (more of this on my FLY eBook on self-sabotage) but conversely, you can consciously form positive habits that will transform and empower your life significantly.
One of the most effective ways of changing our belief patterns is through practising and maintaining daily rituals so during our 21 days to FLY we work on our bedtime and morning ritual.
Our FLY morning action points include waking up before your family. Whether it be 5 minutes or 45 minutes. This precious time will allow you (as it allows time for me) to get clarity, workout and have that celebrated cupa alone and in peace in the morning.
On the days that we have FLY fitness as our wake up and rise up call (even though the classes are pre-recorded) we make that commitment to be there!
It really is the best way to start the day. It doesn’t matter if we have kids running around in the living room in fact that’s all part of the fun. our Goddess squad is built on showing up for each other!
As Part of our FLY life we Meditate to create before grabbing the device to make that our destiny! We are creating our life not trying to mimic Someone else’s!

Some of the most successful people wake up early! These successful people include Tim Cook, CEO of Apple who starts his day at 3:45am, The Rock who is at the gym by 4am every morning. This my seem extreme but it clearly works!
My hero goddess Oprah Winfrey always rises around 6am (just in time for my classes )
Between 5am and 6 is my wake up time and I love it! After years of getting up at this time I don’t dread it I look foward to it!
