I’ve been teaching yoga for 4 years and specialise in the LYT method (reset flow).

The purpose of this style of yoga is to take our modern-day bodies through a targeted and intense movement experience. Through this style of movement based yoga, the body will systematically learn to develop new, more efficient, more balanced, and stronger movement patterns.

My mission in life is to help people connect to their intuitions and sovereignty by incorporating emotional release into class, through asana, shaking, dance, pranayama and meditation.
