30 Day Diet plan
Designed by Stacie, our personal trainer to Olympians with no need to count calories! You'll be choosing the food you eat from our delicious menu whether you're vegan, pescatarian or meat-lover.
30 Day Workout Schedule
You’ll get a training plan that you can follow at home or the gym. Choose the workout to suit your daily routine from LIVE classes to on demand workouts all available on the LYS platform.
With a LYS coach plus plenty of support and encouragement along the way! You'll also access our Facebook Community group to connect with others and share your progress.
How does it work?
1. Sign up here! Just let us know your height, weight and food preference so we can tailor your plan to you.
2. LYS Coach will contact you via email to complete your introduction.
3. Your Diet Plan and Workout plan will be sent via email in a handy, printable format so you can access them anytime.
4. Start your Challenge on a date that suits you - our coaches will be here to support along the way.
5. Full access to on-demand workouts and LIVE classes, plus join our LYS Facebook Group!
6. Weekly check-in with your LYS Coach by email.
