About

I have been in the fitness industry for 8 years finding my love and passion for fitness very quickly. After taking part in my very first class I knew I wanted to become and instructor and teach people how to exercise in a fun group environment. 6 years ago I became qualified for group exercise (level 2) and personal training (level 3) and I love every minute of my job. I then progressed with my qualifications with spin, pilates, les mills body combat and pump, circuits, nutrition and first aid. This has given me the opportunity to teach a different variety of classes for all levels of fitness. Taking 1-2-1 clients for personal training has given me the chance to connect with people on a more personal level and help them to achieve their precise goals. Having fun and getting fit at the same time surrounded by like minded people has to be the best job in the world.
In my free time I like to spend time hiking with my dog to new and exciting places as well as camping, kayaking and most outdoor activities. I also love riding horses, I have done since I was a little girl and I will forever be happy when I am surrounded by animals. The world is too beautiful not to enjoy and appreciate every day.
My goal as a fitness instructor and PT is for you to enjoy your workouts, shout at me if you have to, whatever gets you through it, I will keep motivating you on achieving whatever it is you set out stop that day and I can guarantee you will feel better for it. Don’t let my small size fool you, I’ve been called a ‘smiling assassin’ so I will push you to work hard but you are the one who will get the benefits from it. Fitness and yoga absolutely changed my life for the better and I will never look back its become my life now.
