With Transform Inner Strength
What does it mean to be strong? For me it means having the confidence to be your true self and embracing your uniqueness, you are strong and beautiful just for being you!
To realise your true strength, make Transform your time to explore who you are and exactly what you are capable of, day by day I guarantee you are getting stronger just for taking time to be with yourself.
Listen to your inner voice what is she guiding you to be more of, it may whisper at first but the more you listen the louder it will become. I think it’s time to get loud and proud and let the world listen to who are you, and use your strength to make a difference ? Reflect: When do you feel strong?
Manifest: How can you turn some thing you perceive as a weakness into a strength? For example you may be sensitive and see this as a weakness, but this may be your strength in helping you to connect with others, helping you to be successful at a role at home or work.
Reflect: What makes you strong? Manifest more of what makes you strong. For example if you are strong at leading others manifest more time as a leader. Physically if you’re feeling stronger why not add in some leg and arms weights, as we do lots of reps during Transform they don’t have to be heavy, just start light and you can build as you go.
