I have always been passionate about fitness & first tried Bikram yoga in 2015 to compliment running and to help with lower back issues I had. I was amazed by the benefits not only physically but how much it also improved my mental wellbeing. Yoga helped to improve my self discipline by instilling a routine into my daily life, improved my self confidence and provided me with a purpose in life. This enabled me to study to become a Children's Yogabears Teacher & Sep 2020 I qualified as a 200hr Fierce Grace Yoga Teacher.
