Introduction to Hatha
Our Hatha classes are a great place to take it slower, and still experience all the benefits of yoga. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. We use classical Hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students, making it the perfect class for beginners or anyone wanting to revisit the practice. Leaving you in a total state of bliss!
