Join Estelle for the first of your Summer Body Series!

Get ready to work hard and “slay’ your way into a trim and toned summer body!

This class is intense and fun, it’s a practice not perfection and it’s meant to be challenging. If we want to see results, we have to put in the work. So set a date with yourself, at least twice a week to complete this practice and watch yourself grow!

If you are new to Yoga, just take it at an easy pace, remember you can pause the video as many times as you need but do not be put off, you can do this!!
